We can even come to your location within 10 miles of Zollie!

Distance over 10 miles will be $3 per additional mile.

Just provide tables, chairs, and table coverings if desired for your guests, and we will provide all painting supplies to make your paint party awesome!

​To add a private party to the calendar for November or December,

you must have a minimum of 15 participants and make payment in full.

For canvas painting parties, you may add paid participants up to 48 hours before your event. Wooden cutouts are limited, so add-ons will be limited to the quantities still on hand at the time  of requested add-on. There is a limit of 24 participants for events held at our Zollie location.

Scheduled private parties are non-refundable. If your event needs to be rescheduled, you must contact Zollie no later than 5 days prior to the event to allow Zollie to open your date up to other party planners. No-shows and parties that do not contact Zollie within 5 days prior to the event will not be able to reschedule and will not receive a refund.

Open Parties

Open Parties during November and December at Zollie can be planned for those who have only 8 participants. Go to our GALLERY and select your favorite painting. Then contact Zollie by phone or email to see which dates are available.

Open Party reservations are only available for parties at our Zollie Shop and Studio location. Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation to place your open party on the calendar. Your group will be seated together, and the open party will be open for other participants outside of your group to register and join as well.

Scheduled open parties are non-refundable. If your event needs to be rescheduled, you must contact Zollie no later than 5 days prior to the event to allow other participants to register for your seats. No-shows and parties that do not contact Zollie within 5 days prior to the event will not be able to reschedule and will not receive a refund.

 

 

Decorations
For scheduled Private Parties and Open Parties, feel free to bring in table decorations, food, beverages, and party favors. Hostess may arrive 15 minutes early to set up for scheduled parties only. Due to the integrity of our historic building and artwork displayed, all decorations are limited to our provided party table. No decorations will be permitted on the walls. If you have a banner, it may be placed on the front of the table. No helium balloons are permitted due to our complex ceiling area.
